This Party Political Broadcast has been realized by the Labour Party for the Political Election of 1974. It has a quite dated structure. In fact it is really static showing just a woman- that actually is the MP's Shirley Williams- who is standing behind two baskets containing some food. She compares the prices of the same items in 1970 and in 1974. Afterwards she says: "The Conservative say don't blame us for this massive increase in prices, it's not our fault […]. There is untruth in that!". Afterwards on the screen appears another Labour MP, Denis Healey, who is sitting behind a desk and promises that his party will do everything that is possible to reduce prices, but "Where we get the chance to do that, depends on you!".
